Khandjar/dagger, Mughal, 17th/18th century Century, very finely forged blade, broad blade back with degree, jade handle scales with forged suspension, sparse mother-of-pearl inlays, reminiscent of eyes, tail and allusion to parrot tradition, orig. Sheath, blade left old, not re-sharpened, minor signs of wear, sheath restored at the tip, length approx. 40.5 cm
