Rainer Küchenmeister, 1926 Ahlen/Westphalia - 2010 Paris, abstract composition collaged withfabric and paper, monogrammed lower right and dated 60, approx. 63x44cm, u.Gl., R. approx. 74x56cm, small. Pinholes in the corners, slightly creased, master chef was imprisoned in the Moringen concentration camp in his youth, attended the craft master school in Bielefeld in 1946/47, and was a painter in Berlin from the 1950s, but only gained recognition in the 1960s; from 1969 he was a professor at the Karlsruhe Academy
