Christian Rohlfs, 1849-1938, #"Forest interiorwith birch trunks#" around 1907, watercolor onpaper, sheet 66.7x50 cm, unsigned, birch forest, watercolor on paper, from the estate, framed under PP and glass 110x93 cm; with a confirmation of authenticity from the estate administrator Prof. Dr. Paul Vogt from 2002, collection list addendum inv. no. CR 310/02. The watercolor was created during a trip to Weimar and Hetschburg in the summer of 1907; Atranslucent application of paint brings Rohlfs' valued subject to life in a graphic way
