cm, 500 g, gathering, museum Keichousaurus (key-cho- saurus) is a genus of marine
reptiles from thefamily of the pachypleurosaurs, which have died out at the end of
the triad-jura era. Thename is derived from Kweichow (today province of Guizhou)
in China, where the first fossil was discovered in 1957
