Franz Juncker, 1899 Speyer - 1980 Homburg, dream-like elements with an urban scene,
surreal scene with a large woman surrounded byother people, a staircase and a horse,
oil/canvas, monogrammed FJ, slightly craquelure, approx. 59 x 50 cm, Franz Juncker
was a teacher, pastor, painter and poet, basedin Homburg. In the 1940s he turned
to paintingand had his first exhibition in Homburg in 1944. He was a member of the
Saarland Artists'Association
