at the Lohmühle" (Tan Mill)-from Johann Jacob Boltzenberger and his wife; signed
"Keller"; black wax seal in a wooden case (intact), 19 x 27 cm; deed of sale and
exchange regarding "...*Morgen* of meadowland," issued in 1679 in the name of the
*Schultheiß*(local magistrate) of Queichheim (near Landau/Pfalz) and the *Schöffen*
(aldermen/jurors) of Speyer; red wax seal in a wooden case (intact), 19 x 55 cm
