Ivory figure, probably Flemish, 17th/18th. Century, lying Venus with Cupid, the goddess
has her head lying on a pillow, with one hand she covers her private parts, the little
Cupid has pulled away the covering cloth, very fine carving, fine representation
of the hair, restored on the Cupid's arms, small missing part on the back of the
pillow, signs of age, approx. 4.8 x 16.5 cm; with CITES from Bamberg BA-S-015/2024,
