Arfwissson in Lund and at the academy Stockholm, took part in 1831-1850 at the academic
exhibition. Participated and won the larger painting scholarship in 1840 with the
work: Isaak's Advertisement or Rebekka at the Well, the work was later acquired
by the Stockholm Art Association, in 1856 he was appointed a member of the Academy
of Fine Arts, here: Rebekka and Eliezer at the Well, oil/canvas, restored , lower
left sign. and dated 1840, fine detailed painting, lighting on the protagonists,
behind them a wide landscape, approx. 70x99cm, frame approx. 96x125cm
