the left, "View of Treptow an der Rega", Marienkirche Treptow, 1925, hand-dated
at the top left "22. VI. 25", sheet 14x22 cm, remains of glue on the back,
framed under glass 36x42 cm, Achim Moeller, director of the Lyonel Feininger Project
LLC, New York/Berlin, has confirmed the authenticity of this work, which is registered
in the archives of the Lyonel Feininger Project under the number 1900 02-28 -24,
confirmed; a certificate is included with the work; from a private collection, acquired
in the Stuttgart art trade in 1974: reference to a collection with a close acquaintance
with Feininger
